This verrine can be made in a few moments using a food processor... (This can also be done manually by chopping the ingredients by hand beforehand.)
Place the cream cheese, fresh goat's cheese, single cream and bitter orange marmalade in the food processor bowl. Beat for 1 minute to mix. Add 3 slices of smoked salmon with the dill and chop for a few moments using the blades (be careful not to over-chop, as we want to keep some chunks).
