Verrine with Salmon and Bitter Orange

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of Bitter Oranges Extra Jam 370g BEYER

4 slices of smoked salmon

3 tablespoons of cream cheese

2 tablespoons of fresh goat cheese

½ cup light cream

A few sprigs of dill

PREPARATION

  • 1.

    This verrine can be made in a few moments using a food processor... (This can also be done manually by chopping the ingredients by hand beforehand.)
    Place the cream cheese, fresh goat's cheese, single cream and bitter orange marmalade in the food processor bowl. Beat for 1 minute to mix. Add 3 slices of smoked salmon with the dill and chop for a few moments using the blades (be careful not to over-chop, as we want to keep some chunks).

    Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and remember to add a little pepper. 
    Now let's move on to assembling the verrines. Fill them to the top with the salmon mixture. To finish off the decoration, top with a few pieces of salmon from the remaining slice...
    Enjoy well cooled!
    NB: You can also replace the bitter orange with BEYER extra rhubarb jam.
