Morello cherry and almond clafoutis

Ingredients

Pitted Morello in syrup 32cl

3 eggs

30 cl of milk

150 g of flour

50 g of sugar

60 g ground almonds

a packet of vanilla sugar

a pinch of salt

a knob of butter for the mould

Preparation

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    In a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugars and ground almonds. Beat the eggs and mix.
  • 2.

    Gradually add the milk and mix. Add the morello cherries.

    Grease a baking tin and pour in the mixture.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
     
    Leave to cool and store in the refrigerator.
