Ingredients

250g of Strawberries 100% of Fruit 1kg

20cl thick liquid cream

30g caster sugar

2 sheets of gelatine

Preparation

  • 1.

    Blend the strawberries with the sugar (as there are still some large pieces of strawberry in the jars).
     
    Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the blended strawberries and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
     
    As soon as it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the gelatine leaves, which have been soaked in cold water and drained.
     
    Whisk to combine.
  • 2.

    Pour the contents of the pan into 3 small pots.
     
    Leave to cool before placing in the fridge for at least 4 hours (for a creamy texture) or overnight (for a firmer texture).
