Pineapple in syrup

Ingredients

3 slices of pineapple in syrup 32cl

12 Sweet Tellines

110g Philadelphia cream cheese

30g icing sugar

1 pinch of vanilla powder

20g butter

2 tablespoons of caster sugar

Preparation

  • 1.

    In a salad bowl, whisk the Philadelphia cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla powder (no need to get out the electric whisk, just use a basic whisk that works your muscles). Place the cream mixture in a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle. Pipe the cream onto the Tellines.
     
    Keep chilled.
  • 2.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan. Brown the pineapple slices, sprinkling each side with powdered sugar.
  • 3.

    Leave the slices to cool on a plate. Once cooled, cut them into quarters and place one piece on each Tellina.
     
    Keep chilled until ready to serve.
