Preserved mirabelles 32cl

4 eggs

30 g melted butter

100 g flour

100 g caster sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

250 ml milk

Preparation

  • 1.

    1* Preheat the oven to 180°C.
     
    2* In a bowl, mix the whole eggs, melted butter, flour, sugars and salt until you obtain a smooth mixture.
     
    3* Add the milk while stirring. You should obtain a liquid batter. 
     
    4* Pour this mixture into your mould and add the pitted mirabelle plums, cut in half.
  • 2.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. 
     
    Be sure to use a large baking tin; don't make the same mistake I did, as it rises a little.
