Julie and Charles Beyer registered the trademark ‘L'Hirondelle Mulhousienne’, a delicatessen that produces its own jams and fruit preserves.

THE THIRD GENERATION
JEAN-PIERRE & CHRISTIANE BEYER

The third generation refocused the business on making jams, jellies and fruit preserves in copper or stainless steel pots, processes that are still used today.

NEW 3,000M² PREMISES

In 1992, the company built a 3,000 m² factory in Pfastatt.

THE FOURTH GENERATION
DELPHINE & PHILIPPE BEYER

Since 1998, it has been managed by representatives of the fourth generation: Philippe and his sister Delphine BEYER.
