TRADITIONAL COOKING

For five generations, our family business has been making jams using traditional methods and with the same enthusiasm: to offer high-quality products. This involves not only carefully selecting the fruit before processing it to obtain a high-quality product, but also working with the fruit in such a way as to preserve all its flavours. Our traditional cooking method has not changed over time; the fruit is still cooked slowly (for about 45 minutes) in the open air in copper or stainless steel pots. The history of our company is reflected in our traditional cooking methods.

SELECTED FRUITS

Our mission is to guarantee you the highest quality. To do this, the selection of raw materials is essential. We validate the fruit based on its taste quality through long-standing relationships with our suppliers spanning several decades. Where possible, we purchase fruit harvested in France, such as Bigarreau cherries and Mirabelle plums, although some varieties are recognised worldwide, such as mangoes from Chile and cranberries from Canada.

MANUALLY PACKAGED FRUIT

We also produce fruit in jars: nothing beats the human eye when it comes to sorting fruit. The jars are filled by hand to ensure that our products are made in accordance with our traditional values.
